30-Day Return Guarantee

At Tom's Paper Planes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on both new and used products.

New Products

New products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Item is in its original, unopened packaging
• All tags and labels are still attached
• Product has not been used, folded, or flown
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is included

Used Products

We also accept returns on pre-owned and used paper planes within 30 days. Used product returns require:

• Item is in the same condition as when received
• No additional damage beyond original listed condition
• All included accessories and documentation are returned
• Original receipt or order confirmation is provided

How to Return

Returning an item is easy! Simply follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available)
• Ship the item to our return address using a trackable shipping method
• Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized paper planes
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

• Full refund of product price for items in original condition
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
